The bed is about 3m deep but on two levels as the whole garden is on a slope. I guess it is about 5m wide. I will get some accurate measurements before I ask for advice about the next stages.........

Max, you have got to be really, really happy with this border The beggining of your tropical garden is probably 3/4 years in for a lot of us, me deffinatley. Looks Brill, last pic is my favourite. A Massive well done..

Beautiful bed. You have lots of great gardens and plant nurseries in your area of inspiration and ideas. It looks like you've been inspired already.

Thanks for all of the comments. I will post some more pictures soon to put it in more of a context. I have got plenty of plans, a growing family and not enough hours of daylight.......

The two biggest ones were protected outside for the first time last winter and over wintered inside the year before that so three years old.
