No-one has mentioned the Greenhouse temperature, but if above 3 or 4C then the problem is probably too high humidity, which is a problem in mild conditions as you are not heating/reducing humidity.

Greenhouse is heated to 5 degrees and there is a fan to circulate which comes on twice a day.
4 of my 7 are in the house now and I am watering lightly to try to bring them back to growth.
There is only one showing signs of, I won't say rot but it just feels too moist.

I don't water UNTIL I see growth, as the only thing you start off by watering, is rot.

Even when they start to grow Neil I would still be cautious with the watering I have lost many Ensete's through giving too much water too early icon_thumleft

If it is growth then maybe give a spoonful of water away from the stem. I have done that with my Hiniba as is has started to open the roller. It is in full sun in the conservatory and temps are getting up to 23C- ish when sunny.

Ensete ventricosum, 'Maurelii' and 'Montbeliardii' are not moving yet, so no water given.

My oldest 'Montbeliardii' is not growing yet and my maurelli is fast a sleep also but my newest 'Montbeliardii' is putting out a new leave very slowly, Word of advice keep them well out of the way of remote control indoor helicopters! I lost the two leaves that were on my newest 'Montbeliardii' the blades cut straight through the leave stems, I am not joking either!
