Pseudopanax 'Fiddlesticks'

Now that's a really cool plant, a bit like crassifolius but upside-down. Anyone has it or is it still not available in northern hemisphere?

I wonder what adult form looks like. And will any nursery bring it to Europe in near future?

Looks like a long trunk with a particularly unremarkable mop on the top, when mature. Whereas it is the juvenile foliage which is "bizarre" (I think because its juvenile foliage is inedible, or unattaractive, to foaraging animals in the wild).

Having said that it will probably do 20' or more in juvenile clothing - they've got some (P. ferox I think) pretty much that tall at Urban Jungle - dunno how they get them through (most!) winters

P. ferox juvenile foliage:

They are very interesting plants. If I planted one in the ground i think i would mix plenty of sand.
