Anybody know of any good sites for medium to large terracotta pots?

I have two Mick, they are heavy even empty and these are just normal sized,

Can we drill holes in these kind of pots. I am thinking chimney size pots.

Plain ones? My local garden centre sells them, prices are not outrageous ...

They all look identical, machine made, and somewhat without character, but I would have thought as easy to buy from them, and get them home in one piece, rather than buying mail order (heavy and fragile).

Or were you looking for something more ornate?

Better than terracotta for large pots are Sankeys Traditional range, plastic that looks like terracotta.
Even the biggest ones only weigh a couple of kilos and they don't break.
About the only place you can get them is Amazon and they don't come cheap but they look the business.

I can't find a website for Richard Sankey - does one exist? I was hoping to find a catalogue on their site.

That's the ones, there are square & troughs as well.
Also some have a bit of ornate decoration on the outside.

I find them a good alternative to terracotta 'cos I can lift them and they don't crack!
