Anyone know whats going on with mulu? website been down over a week and now this message today:

Odd, that phone no is listed on spanishplants.co.uk which give an address in Cheshire - check that out and its easytropicals ltd....

Domain shows owned by same co as spanishplants but not same as easytropicals so must just be a coincidence they are in same postcode.
Shame if Mulu has gone it was a nice place a number of years ago...

That's very strange. Spoke to Peter a month ago and had some plants from him, was waiting for stock to get more an he said to call in April

Mulu and Spanish plants are the same company and have a large premises in Knutsford, Easy Tropicals is a smaller operation renting out one of Mulus glasshouses.

Four Oaks Nurseries is also on the same site but in different glasshouses and arn't very good

Mulu HQ shows as a different address altogether but I think this is simply their accountants/registered office.

Be a real shame if they've gone, such a vast selection

Reckon he could be targeting the business /commercial side of exotics and selling off Mulu to concentrate on the public. To visit Mulu you had to make an appointment first so it was never busy with joe blogg punters.
