suggestions please

I have a 30cm x 30cm x 30cm pot currently empty and would like suggestions on what to grow in it needs to be perennial
it will be west facing with the shed at the back( and timber (housing the pond filter) to the south side to a height of about
60-70 cm.
Any suggestions folks.

Ligularia with big round leaves, large daisy line flowers or the one with heart shaped leaves and tall yellow spikes of flowers. A large, ribbed leaf hosta would look nice. Eucomis would also fit the bill. Some can stay out all winter, some are tender.

Thanks Chez I will take a look at Ligularia. Hostas are a no no slugs and snails devastate any that I have tried.
