I am, but not so much. The DB crashes have decimated the population of HTUK members.

Morning guys. Not a great time of year either. The loss of 4 years+ worth of data is also very sad to see. Hopefully next spring it can revive a bit.

Currently in the black hole of Calcutta, boarded up in half the lounge with all the furniture, and have been for 5 weeks. :-o From tomorrow there will be light at the end of the Tunnel. Plasterers in refitting the ceiling today, and tomorrow the boarding comes down.

I'm still here!

What sort of posts do we need to start to get more people posting something; anything?

I am at a complete loss people look in but do not post.

On another subject I had a message from Kata on another forum asking to be remembered to every one on HT. She is unable to do much gardening any more due to rheumatism. She now has a gardener! Advancing age catches up with us all. icon_salut

There is nothing worse than getting the builders in, only not getting them in when they should be there! icon_scratch

I have dropped in a few times but forums not always working.

Please say hi to Kata for me.

It is a pain when people log on but don't contribute; best way to kill a forum off that is, its very selfish.

Hi guys, I’m back again as of today 9th Jan! As I wrote in the welcome back post, it has taken me ages to work out a way of contacting the forum as all the given normal routes just still did not work for me. Guess I have probably been a member close to 10 years but have lost all that by registering as a newbie to finally make contact. If lots of others are trying to log on and failing then maybe this is why so few are posting? Just a thought. If we stand any chance of returning the forum to anywhere near its former glory I think contact issues may need more scrutineering? I can’t honestly believe all our previous members have given up trying to post because of the website issues.
After all it’s what kept me going through winters cold grey grip for many years!
