not many, most of in the form of seedlings

Trachycarpus fortunei x3 (1 5ft, rest seedlings)
Butis capitata x1 (seedling) (survived last winter)
Washingtonia robusta x1 (seedling) (survive last winter)
Sabal palmetto x3 (seedlings)
Chamaedorea elegans x1 (survivor of last winter!)
Chamaerops humilis x1 (2 feet tall)

4x Trachycarpus Fortunei
1x Butia Eriospatha
1x Phoenix canariensis_CIDP
1x Washy Robusta
2x Chamaerops Humilis
4x Various Cordys (if they qualify - not technically a palm)

I haven't got any 'plams' though :lol:

Can I be excused for common names... It's late and I've had a couple of glasses of red.. :lol:

6 Triangles - 2 over 2 mtr 4 about 1mtr
2 Bangalo - over 2mtrs
(14 seedling's at around 20cm)
2 Alexanders -just under 2mtr
(48 seedlings-at around 20cm)
2 Golden cane's - 1.5 mtr
1 Spindle - 1mtr
9 Kentia - 4 -at 2 mtr 5- 1mtr
1 Foxtail - 1.5 mtr
2 Bamboo palm's -1 over 2 mtrs 1 - 1.2metr
1 Dypsis Baronii just under 1 mtr
1 Madagascan palm (20cm)

Dave, i hope you are taking good care of that Junbea i gave you? Its very special, in fact very similar in appearance to the more common Jubaea :lol:

Great list by the way. And everyone else come to mention it, its good to see that peope are persevering with different sp's of palms other than trachies and chamaerops especially given the last couple of winters.

it did me simba,2 plus meter bangalows, something i cant keep going here.

I have.

2 Trachys. Well 3 really as one is at mums house if that counts.
1 Chamo Humilis.
2 Cordylines. (Yeah I know they don't count.)
1 Phoenix canariensis_CIDP
1 Butia Capitata.
4 Washy Robustas.
2 Yucca Gloriosa (Yeah I know, they don't count either.)

Plus some seedlings I grew myself.
3 Phoenix Dactylifera.
2 Washy Filifera (growing strong & healthy)
12 Livistona Australis. (Which are growing strong & Healthly)


Plus loads of Trachys including Waggies which haven't germinated :x
5 Jubaea which haven't germinated. :x
2 Veitchia merrillii which haven't germinated. :x
3 Sabal Palmetto which have not. :x
4 Phoenix Roebellini which have not. :x
12 Roystonea Regia which have not. :x

Darren, I think you made a mistake there. Bangalows are Archontophoenix cunninghamia, not a Caryota (Fishtail Palm) :wink:

too many trachie's to count, a few chammies and cordyline's, can't be brothered any more with the rest.

i did indeed dave,sorry,i was looking at one of those mitis Ade distributed. i googled bangalow too just to check i wasnt going to look stupid then posted the wrong word completely :oops: :oops: :oops: plus i was rushing to get out and go meet mike at pgp but thats another story.great day out though icon_thumleft
