So my latest garden project is stuffing log's with plant's.. I look for them everywhere.... nearly hit the kerb the other day while skimming the roadsides
Well here's the first one I found.. I'm planning to have a 'garden tea' and plant sale at my place later in spring.. so I'll sell some.

This end was partly hollow, but needed a bit of widening & a drainage hole.

Started widening the spaces with a chisel and mallet. (saving the woodchip's for planting)

The log was burnt, but still solid enough inside..

In the end we got out the drill, to make the larger side easier to chisel, and put about 20 holes in to the depth I wanted, then chipped away....
Finally finished.. and stuffed with a Neoregelia (Bromeliad) & Dendrobium (Rock Orchid).. still looking for something to put in front of it.. ( maybe a fern)
