Covering yuccas in the growing season?.

If they are strong healthy plants they shouldn't need covering now.

Yes, there very healthy kris, its just i'm worried that to much wet may cause rot. Saying that its not been exceptionly cold has it. karl.Yorkshire Kris wrote:If they are strong healthy plants they shouldn't need covering now.

If they can cope worth our winters they can cope with our summers.karl66 wrote:Yes, there very healthy kris, its just i'm worried that to much wet may cause rot. They don't always cope with our winters though Kris as I have lost lots over the years.
I would say that it is okay at the moment because it should get milder/warmer soon, but if it was 6 or 7 months from now I would try and keep them drier.
