I want to eat my Crassula falcata

I want to call this by its full name: Crassula falcata 'broccoli'

The flower bud stayed like this for a good month before starting to slowly open. It looked exactly like the broccoli sprouts I grow. I often break off the side shoots that appear after the broccoli head has been cut off and eat them raw. I was often tempted but I think some crassulae are toxic
