Another one just picked up off eBay, should grow into a nice sized plant.

It will be interesting to see the difference between 'blue giant' and the regular parrasana. Here's mine, growing outdoors. Forgive the rope lights, just a Winter insurance policy!

Very nice multim, do you try to keep it dry aswell over winter?

Thanks. I only cover it when it's due to get around minus 5c and below. At this time the rope lights will be lit and a clear plastic storage type box covers it so that an air flow is allowed. It has already been minus 3.8c on one occasion here but just at night. I do the same with Parryi and Montana, although the latter has a diameter of 20 inches so will soon become too big for any plastic box that I know of. The ground is pretty well drained so I guess that helps.

Should be very cold hardy as long it's kept dry (overhead shelter) between October & April.
