This is another Aroid that I really like the look of and it’s said to be hardy in zone 7 so should be OK here in the UK.
It has a single large leaf that looks a bit like an Xanthosoma leaf… if I can get hold of one it would make a nice addition to the garden this summer.
Is anyone growing this plant and can give any more info on it!

Typhonium giganteum (Giant Voodoo Lily)
Re: Typhonium giganteum (Giant Voodoo Lily)
I’ve found a supplier in the UK and ordered a couple; I’ve also ordered one Typhonium horsfieldii that’s said to be prolific and hardy too.
I will report their progress in the summer

Not seen it before, but it looks interesting as Xanthosoma is not hardy.
Best regards

Here is a better pic from Kew Dave.
I have read that its hardy in central Europe planted deep with hefty mulch… well it’s much colder in central Europe then here so hopefully it will prove hardy for us too.
