I have 2 Black Colocasias here, C. Black Magic and another one even blacker.

I bought 2 small Black magic on British Ebay. Only one survived.

Get black runner..keeps alot better and gets much bigger.

Colocasia Black Coral is the most black Colocasia as far as I know. I have one here from Plantdelight.

Get an electric blue gecko..beats out black coral on color

Colocasia fontanesii Black Stem is easier to grow although I concede it is not as black! but it runs on the surface and just below and can be left out over winter

Petebj from GOTE was in the garden a few days ago and he spotted what I had not noticed, that the Colocasia was actually in flower, since I had not noticed it, it is more than possible it has always done it every year, but in case its an unusual event I took some pictures!!

I would like to get more Colocasia kultivars, but in Croatia you can't find even regular esculenta!

Now I'm looking for thai giant. Next year in spring i will looking for other colocasia kultivar.
