Has anyone bought anything from these guys before?
They've got a few things that I'd like to get, most notably the borneo giant(upto 4kg tubers :D )along with a few other bits and pieces.

Steve I have not bought from them yet but I am thinking about it.
I was going to get the egg plant as she calls it.....Looks like a xanthosoma to me. I did see the Borneo giant too. Not sure what the postage would be on a 4kg tuber

I might inquire to find out :D
I was thinking along the lines of a 1 kilo BG tuber, egg yam and the unknown alocasia on the last page and maybe an esculenta.
Not that I'm looking to buy anything (looks over shoulder  )

Hi all,
I noticed this seller while searching for Alocasia's on e-bay the other week. They appear to have lots of interesting stuff, and it's not too badly priced either. The only concern I do have is that, for example the weight of the Borneo Giant tuber is specified as being '250g - 4kg', and that's quite a wide range, the difference being you get a small, less vigorous plant or a nice large, fast growing plant! I might ask to see what the average weight of one is.

Thanks, take care

Pete

I'm assuming that as theres 26 available, you can ask for whatever size one you'd like.
Does anyone have a propagator that'llfit a 4kg tuber in?

Ahhh yes I see where you're coming from. Well, I have just got a new heat mat, so lots of space to fill on there. However, as a result of getting it, I have no money left and 8 quid isn't going to come from nowhere, so I'll let someone else have the joy of growing those for now

Take care
