Thanks jacko ... It doesn't seem to matter where you plant it either. I've 2-3 in pots, all needing far less attention than the rufa's which have quickly become starved and tatty looking - despite feeding!

I've also got a large division in an area of the garden with very heavy clay soil and exposed to the coldest northerlies. Last winter didn't seem to bother it at all.
