Looks great! Were there any examples of timber bamboos growing well so far north?

i would love to have gone laz.but couldnt make it sorry.nice pics though great to see good specimens growing so far north.

The best in terms of thick culms would be the Ph Vivax Aureocaulis - which is the close up above. thickest were 3 ins +

that stand was around 15 years old.

there were over 100 species spread over 3 sites. lakeside,woodland and a garden closer to the house with loads of excellent Borindas, some of which haven't even been given a name yet.
