need some advice on type
I have decided there are a few places I would like to use bamboo as a ground cover and I know there are many dwarf types. can anyone make suggestions on good short ground cover bamboos. If there are some that have nice varigated leaves and such Id prefer those but some well behaved green ones are alright as well. Id like they to stay around 1-2ft if possible and need to be hardy in zone 6
Re: need some advice on type
i have some Pleioblastus aureacomlus , rhs use it aslo.
maxes out at 1m but supposed to be about 1-2 foot generally.
a steady runner, if you cut it down each spring it keeps it fresh and smaller.
