The "I Love bananas" label was kindly done by my 6 year old daughter.

I will pup them at some point.

For me Greville this is the easiest Ensete to over winter,it was lifted in November then potted up and placed indoors.It seems to keep it's colour unlike my other Ensete's

I would love to pup some of them but as in previous attempts failure is common here.I have a dilemma with the Hiniba in that the size is a real issue and when you add in this years growth lifting at the end of this season is going to be back breaking! If anybody wants to pop round and pup them for me you are more than welcome :lol:

They look superb. Still my most sought after plant.

Here is a pic of my one remaining Hiniba after the failed attempt to prop form the other one last year :roll:

This pic was taken 13th March and has grown another leaf, plus been moved inside for the frosty nights.

Ooops ! :ahhh!: Forecast was for 4C overnight..... actually dropped to -0.9C and Hiniba was out. We'll have to see if it has suffered any damage. :roll:
