Ok Chaps.
Ive soaked around 9 seeds for a period of at least 10 days now...
Ive had them all in a drinking glass, first few days it was filed with tepid water and placed in the airing cuboard. then for the seond half i began using hot water, perhaps 60-70 degrees.
Throughout the 10 days ive changed the water twice daily as after 12 hours you can notice small amount of slime/bacteria.
anyway.
I would like to know how i should plant these for best results.
I have seedling compost from hombase i think it was. no peat.
Im conisdering getting 9 seperate pots, damp but not dripping compost, seeds 1 inch into the compost.
then im unsure how to play it...
presumably light is not important as its under soil anyway.
i hear constant temps are inmportant for ensete.
so im considering just putting all 9 pots on top shelf of airing cuboard for as many months as it takes, misting the surface of the compost every day or every other day
i can imagine in the airing cuboard it will be bone dry after a couple of hours in the 35 degree temp
