pale sunburnt bajoo
pale sunburnt bajoo
my outside bajoo is now on its first whole new leaf of the year, the first push was very pale almost white, and scorched in the late march sunshine i dressed with some blood fish and bone meal but the second flush of spears are growing fast but are still very pale and are starting to scorch .can anyone give me advice? is this a mineral deficiency?. it now stands about 4 ft high and didnt lose its old leaves till the feb cold snap they were lush and green
Re: pale sunburnt bajoo
Dont worry, its growing thats what counts and any leaves you get now will soon be damaged with the odd light frost or when the Spring winds get here.
Re: pale sunburnt bajoo
Rubbish aren't they these first leaves on the nanas. Generally they do come through pale, half leaves and generally tatty, but the good news is, they'll get better as the weather improves. Nothing to worry about.
