Hi, I’m looking for Canna indica rhizomes (original wild red type) , can anybody point me in the right direction.

Im currently germinating some seeds of this form.

Rob, I have seen seed for sale but was under the impression that germination was rather unpredictable.
Let me know how you get on.

I've got loads but have to wait till it warms up to get them out from storage. I just popped 80 so seeds in the dirt that have them as a parent cross as well

they germinate well after been soaked and put in a bad of sand and compost mix.

after only a week I have at least 60 of the 80 come up..3 of those are bronze leaf already..with no bronze leaf as a parent cross this will be interesting
