Drooping tree fern fonds

Well it has grown really well this year with its 8 th fond just about to start but the ones that are out and full length at around 4-5 feet have drooped . When I say drooped they are lower than the main stem/root. Is this normal or is it lack of something. I water every two days and I fertilise it every two weeks.
