LOPHOSORIA QUADRIPINATA SITING

Ordered myself one of these ferns for next year but wondering if anyone had more success with this in full sun or shade? Read the thread before but has anyone got any conclusion on it?

I have had mine potted in full sun and partial shade and it seemed happy in both although direct sun is likely to damage new croziers. We didn't have much last year to test this theory. Its suppose to be quite hardy. Mine hasn't been protected this winter so far and is still green. It is now in the ground in partial (full in winter) shade, but this is also colder during winter months.

I have 2 planted out, a large one & a smaller one, both in semi shade & both done well this year. like most ferns they either prefer shade or semi shade. karl.

I was kindly given a small division by someone from this very site. I can't for the life of me remember who, BUT, I am VERY, VERY grateful!! icon_thumleft
