On nice days it's a good idea to move your houseplants outside for fresh air and sunshine. I don't have many but here's the few I do have.

It was sunny here as well, but only got to 0.9C 34f so none of my plants went out. Ground is frozen 
It is good to get things out when warmer. getting some sun and air, and as you say a hose down to freshen them up.
