Brahea 'Clara'

Has anybody heard of this palm? I believe they are meant to be faster growing than b. armata and do better in cooler climates. Certainly look very nice, but as I've just bought a nice armata I wont be buying one (yet)!!

I have a small one here, not sure about being any faster but they have a better colour.

I got a seedling last spring and it hasn't appeared to do anything all year.

Nice variety though not substantially dofferent to Armata in my opinion.
