No Idea Rob, never sown Passiflora before.
I just opened the envelope and I have bought from them before, same as last time I got a free seed Hollyhock mix.
Cover seeds of this Passiflora lightly in Spring, preferred month. Sow between 15 - 20 C degrees. Protect in winter from freezing.

Here is what I would probably do:
Wash them in H202, scarify, soak in water for 24 hours, sow shallowly in 50:50 perlite/vermiculite in a heated propagator in shade with vents slightly open, keep the medium moist, and pray they're fresh enough to germinate before they damp off.

We don't get such exotic looking one as my one here at Morrisons just the one normal bluey color...
