Trachie amd Washie propagation
I recently purchased one of each. Are either of these good candidates for splitting as the Washiw seems to have multiple trunks and the Trachycarpus looks like it might have a candidate at the base.

Yes you could split, but you have to weigh it up. You end up with two trachies, but the smaller of which may die, and the bigger may be severely set back.
