What's getting at my coleus seedlings?

Just wondered what is bothering my young coleus? They are Ina conservatory, so lots of light with plenty of warmth during the day and temps around 10-11C at night. Is this damping off disease? It looks more like something chomping, but definitely no slugs/snails in there (as far as I know!)

It looks like a small slug is hiding near them and eating them.
