Has Anyone Lost Their T-Rex Leafs

My T-Rex leaves went black & mushy a weeks ago, infact most of my 'leafy' stuff did, with the exception of Echium Pininana which still looks in mint condition.....

The top two foot of my t rex has now gone all mushy and collapsed, it looks like i could be starting from ground level next year.
