Fatsia

Post by Julia »

I bought a fatsia japonica 'variegata' very small plant.
I was hoping to grow it on!
Would it be ok to bring it in the house over winter to grow it on a bit or do you think I should leave it in the greenhouse over winter?

Fatsia make great indoor plants, just keep it from drying out and it will be fine inside on a north facing sill.

Yes, it'll do fine in a greenhouse (better than outdoors, in most of Brtiain).

They are hardy here, at -10 and lower you could see some damage icon_thumright
