M. Figo germination advice

Hi guys new to the forum and was wondering if anyone has a m. Figo plant in the uk and if they have any care tips and also if anyone has had a go at germinating seeds as i have a few coming from a trade which i would like to give a go.

Same as any other Magnolia.

How fresh are the seeds? Do they still have their orange-red fleshy coat?

Not sure as seeds are supposed to be fresh but on their way from the U.S

Just hope that they haven't been dried out, or cooked, in transit.

I hope so too. If they are a no go I will be buying a healthy one from a uk supplier but I always fancy growing hard things one of my treasured is my seed grown aztekium ritteri on it's own roots which was one of the trickiest.
