I've got most of the big gun's planted now & desperately want to add some more colour's. I have some idea's for planting next spring but was wondering if its to late to put in some fuchsia's?, there are loads of variety's but can anyone recommend some large one's that are hardy & a link where to order from please. The Duchy nursery seems to have some unusual fuchsias.

I've just had some plants from them, plant quality was excellent and the packaging totally amazeballs!!! There's no way any courier could damage the stuff they sent unless they were trying too  . https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =1&theater

nothing beats heuchera for front of the border colour ..... 12 months of colour ...(every year)

choose 2 bright colours that contrast like red and yellow (such as heuchera georgia peach and heucherella solar polar) .... both can handle full sun if watered regulary

add some coleus in the shady areas for annual colour, and you are off too a winner

and in the shady places add loads of hakonechloa macra aureola (japanese forest grass) on the edging:

I have them in full sun and they do ok
