stakes and width

Post by Yorkshire Kris » Sat Sep 14, 2013 1:19 pm

Could I get away with using 8ft long 3inch wide round stakes to hold up a willow hurdle fence? Or do I need a wider stake?

It sounds fine, is it a living fence?

It would be a 6ft high woven dry willow hurdle fence. It needs to be completely opaque all year round. I was going to have a bamboo fence but they have too many gaps in between the poles.
