more a question for people with mature gardens

my garden is full up now, bar a little tweaking or any deaths.
what do you guys with full gardens do?
I want more plants but there is no where for them to go.

Just buy ever smaller plants.

Most of my purchases this year have been wee things like Cyclamen and Ajuga.

You are growing too many hardy plants. You need stuff that die each year and need replacing. :D

Set up an exotic garden installation & maintenance service locally. Charge a fortune. Make a fortune. Buy a big garden. Ditch all your clients

I can remember thinking the same thing back in the summer of 2009.

We then had 2 horrible winters in a row which left lots of holes to fill up again :|

Your thinking so two dimensionally, that's so 2012!

2013 is all about the vertical gardening, Green walls, Green roofs.

Plus you could always give me some of your plants to give you some room for new ones

You know Adam,

I put Cyclemen in an hanging basket with other small plants, it looks great...pink and white with yellows and reds.

I probably have one of the smallest gardens on the site and don't think mine will ever be finished, you just have to be more inventive,

Get rid of the grass, that'll free up a bit of room!
