Spent a bit of time clearing the garden today as well as getting the palms out of the garage (fingers crossed no big minus temps!). I was happy to find quite a few basjoo stumps still hard and one already growing.

Anyway here as some photos to update.

That revoluta has come through two crappy winters and not changed at all. I'm starting to think it's fake!! :lol:
Urging it to flush this year.

That is/was a Ensete montbeliardii. It grows massive very quickly. The one pictured is only 1 year old at the time the pic was taken.

Wow 1 year old, it doesnt half grow quickly. Looks great aswell. What do you mean ''was''? I hope you havent lost it.

I think it's a gonna ste. It looks totally fine apart from the most critical bit. The bit between the base of the stem and the basal palte has gone to mush :( :( .
I'm trying to recover it but think it's had it.

That blue sets your plants off very nicely Kris, some good stuff there , like the cycas icon_thumleft . Your neighbour behind has what looks to be a very nice large fatsia. Ever thought of pinching it :lol:
