Now the real question is ??? Is a Collared Flycatcher a southern bird moving north, showing Global Warming, or a Scandinavian bird showing we're cooling ???

Well I did have to travel 60km to see it!

It's from eastern Europe, and was carried west by the southeast winds on Wednesday . . . so neither global warming nor cooling involved, just one bird getting lost in bad weather :wink:

Were you jogging when you took it? the colour made me think sparrowhawk or one of the cuckoo family

A wild guess... female Merlin or female Hen Harrier, difficult to the judge size.
