Now the real question is ??? Is a Collared Flycatcher a southern bird moving north, showing Global Warming, or a Scandinavian bird showing we're cooling ???

It's from eastern Europe, and was carried west by the southeast winds on Wednesday . . . so neither global warming nor cooling involved, just one bird getting lost in bad weather

Were you jogging when you took it? the colour made me think sparrowhawk or one of the cuckoo family

A wild guess... female Merlin or female Hen Harrier, difficult to the judge size.
