What does Hardy Tropicals membership mean

There are several advantages in being a member of Hardy Tropicals (HTUK)
The foremost one is that you will be joining a friendly bunch of exotic gardening nutters
and can start topics and reply to others posts. 
It also allows you to see new unread topics/ posts, these are clearly identified making it easier to keep up with what is going on. Here is an example of what new topic/posts look like to members. The orange highlighted topics with a tick have new/unread posts, those in green are already read.
Also it allows you to access the member only areas of the forum. Obviously you cannot see those areas until registered but below are a few images of some areas that guests can't see .

If you want to discuss non plant related topics there is the Off Topic forum which has a wide variety of subjects.
