When you have to garden in a near permanent gales you have to adapt, so the Mighty 'Montbeliardii' has a bit of assistance in staying upright.
This afternoon had a BBQ in a hooley, blew the matches and a glass of wine off the BBQ and had to keep the lid shut as blew the gas out Gassed burgers and chicken
Was working on the pergola this morning for the first time in about a month, as was due to be dry. I even had the weigh the wood down as it stated to blow about. Storm warning to all forum members?

Tried to do some potting on today. I usually erect the foldaway table on the lawn, make up my specialist compost mixes and make a big hit on repotting. I gave up after pots and plants kept blowing off the table and after putting these away in the shed, the final indignity was to to come back for the table only to find it had blown over on to the succulent bed and decapitated an Aeonium schwartzkopf
I finished up working in the garage.
