Statistics are long term Eddie not just for one winter.

I know that Febuary was cold in Holland but I don't think that you get those sort of minima every year. Many winters in your Country are quite mild just like the South of England.

But as you know every so often things will be quite different and we get a cold winter or a hot summer.

When all is said and done I think that the long term statistics are correct for your Country and mine.
