Can't Santa bring you a nice weather station, hooked up to Wunderground? :)

A low of 3.2C last night, fog in the morning, according to the BBC and MetOffice it's going to be cloudy all day and clear up around 7pm  But it's getting brighter already, hazy sun now at 11am and 10C in central London.
With this setup, ground frost possible tonight, but I don't expect air frost. Lots of sun tomorrow, and looking warmer from Thursday, with double digit days and lows of 6C and above.

Low of 5.0c here, although at one point it looked like it may have got much colder under clear skies, but the clouds rolled in on cue.

Thick grey cloud and still very breezy.

It is mild, but I definitely prefer the cold, dry and sunny weather rather than this SW'ly rubbish.

That looks like a post from one of "those" "weather" forums!

Just lovely here, 12C yesterday and didn't get lower than 10C last night..... dry with sunny spells and fairly light winds..... difficult to see how it could be much better at this time of year icon_thumleft

Still no sub-zero also. The last few weeks have been great but it looks like more normal wet and windy weather may be in store shortly. Closer to normal temps too. Still, anything beats <censored> cold :)

Still the wrong side of the country  Cold clear nights and cold foggy days, below average temps. currently 3.6C with weak sun just peering through the fog.

If it carries on like this December will be the 9th below average month of 2013 :(
Best regards
Dave

Opposite situation from a month ago, when we were having very chilly conditions while the southern half of the country basked in 16C. ....
Think the HP is expected to slip SE so we may all be more unsettled before too long......

The cold is also gathering strength to the north as you would expect , so it is going to get further and further south regardless , but having said that the pattern remains unchanged so it should stay well above average for time of year.
Today was unbelievable for december, sunny, no wind , it felt really quite warm outside.

Well I am going to gloat. Its been 200 years since Bristol had better sunnier warmer weather than the south east.
We deserve it.
