There is not cross-model agreement (they don't all agree) on the mild spell, and it does look like there will be a significant split in fortunes going through next week. The south (south of Birmingham) looks like it will grab the mild, Spring like weather, whilst further north, more akin to the Winter we've been having, except some frequent, and sometimes hard frosts in northern and western areas. So Spring will not be visiting all of us next week, only the lucky select few.
There is a small possibility that frost may become an issue in some sheltered western areas, with some quite harsh frost developing temperatures possibly down to -5C in some frost hollows, but for most, away from the west, it should actually be ok.
