Sloooooooow Machine

I had to re-start my machine six times this morning to get it past the Win logo,
'Put in the startup disc and press any key'
I thought it was'nt going to work at all so don't be surprised if I don't post some time.
Till my son comes home on thursday I will have to leave it on. Some people never turn them off so a few days should be fine. I have Eset running so safe enough.
Its going to need a full format, hopefully next weekend. the Internet is fast enough, even now I have a desktop Icon like its in safemode
I just rung my son he will do that format saturday. Its 33C in Tenerife. Next week here its supposed to be 30C.

The machine still needs a good cleanup Jez which I hope to start putting files to disc tomorrow,
Disc is antcient I know but I have run out of them take with you drives till monday.
What did you say dl I forget instead of Windows. I probably did dl it but can't remember the name to find it.

Sorry Kata, but this forum is for technical questions and answers about Hardy Tropicals, not to discuss general problems on members PCs.
Aidan is notified on all topics and posts on this forum, but he is starting to become de-sensitiised as they are not issues he needs to deal with. If you want to discuss general PC issues please do that in off topic.

change the forum section name to 'site technical stuff and help' to make it clearer.
i never knew this wasnt meant for that stuff either

Sorry, it has been that name for 5 years, and no-one has misunderstood it until the last few weeks.
