Just checked - 75 x 100 so it's come out 'life size'.

I'm not familiar with PB but on Imageshack you are given a list of URLs to choose from.

If that's the case on PB too, look for one that says 800 x 600, or possibly Direct Link.

If there's a drop box at upload you should choose 800 x 600 for full display results here.

Requirements are 800x600 600KB. Its the easiest way.

Digital camera..---> computer...--> trim to size.
