Addresses is the plural of address, as in where a person lives.
It's also what someone does when they start a conversation, as in She addresses him. Present tense.
Address' would never occur unless you named your child Address and were talking about something that belonged to them.
I get where you're coming from but, unfortunately it's the opposite end to your mouth
I think what you are trying to say is that a person whose name ends in S requires a s' rather than a s's or ses when you describe their belongings.

When you write the possessive form of any word ending with an "S", all you need is the apostrophe mark.
Sorted.However, when we talk of many S letters, we do put the small letter S after the apostrophe.
