Addresses is the plural of address, as in where a person lives.
It's also what someone does when they start a conversation, as in She addresses him. Present tense.
Address' would never occur unless you named your child Address and were talking about something that belonged to them.

I think what you are trying to say is that a person whose name ends in S requires a s' rather than a s's or ses when you describe their belongings.
