thanks for all the welcomes. I am just outside wolverhampton, I currently have dicksonias and some musa's but I hope to add to my collection. I love growing on from young plants so if anyone knows wher I can get seedlings then that would be a good start.

Tom,

I got 2 Washingtonia robusta seedlings in leaf, and 2 Phoenix canariensis_CIDP ready sprouted from Ebay both Washys had one leaf, the Washy now has two leaves..

Welcome to Hardy Tropicals. I recently joined it and it has lots of very useful information. I got a waggie palm for my garden yesterday. After my weeds have been got rid of I will be planning my palms.
