We went to wonderful nursery Hill House at Landscove near Buckfastleigh today.
Bought two lovely bushy 4foot high brugmansias, only £10 each. One is Grand Marnier and is full of buds. The other is variegated and is pink, dont know the name.
Going to pot them up tomorrow and feed them well, as suggested on the forum here, and hope for some good weather and lots of lovely flowers.
This is a fabulous plantsmans nursery, well worth searching out if you are in the area, the plants are wonderful quality and very cheap.
The greenhouses are a picture with exotic passion flowers and other tropical wonders all across the roofs, just amazing.
