Just joined

Hello everyone I have joined Hardy tropicals.

I am in Scotland some of you may know me already and no I am volunteer gardener in walled garden restoration project of Glamis Castle.

And we have been dontated tropical bulbs and so many of them weeks back from a friend who owns Himalayan Gardens .

The next time I go I shall take photos of them to share with their progress.

The wall is a microclimate but for now the plants are behind glass in the glasshouse .

In due time we home to do a trial bed with some growing outdoors.

I looked up Glamis Castle and seems quite an impressive place

You'll probably need to seek out the warmest microclimates for the bulbs (presuming Colocasia, Ginger etc.) to get the best from them
